The Absolute Fastest Way to Lose Your Abdominal Fat

Abdominal Fat The exercise gurus are not going to be very happy about us putting this information out there for free, but abdominal fat is a big issue and alot of people need help with it:

Abdominal fat is visceral fat which is fat that is buried within the body’s tissues, making this brand of fat particularly difficult to get rid of once you acquire it.  As if having the extra fat wasn’t enough, with excessive abdominal fat, which is generally distributed between the pelvis and thorax areas, comes multiple health risks, making you more prone to heart problems and now abdominal fat is being linked to type II diabetes, among other risks.  Abdominal fat is the most dangerous fat on the body compared to upper arm fat, and fat stored in the hips and thighs.

Research points to the fact that stress is a large contributor to weight gain because as stress rises in the body, so does the level of cortisol which is a hormone that maintains blood pressure and metabolism in our bodies. Consequently, any kind of chronic stress would result in rapid weight gain. Extra cortisol in our system will lead to an increased appetite for fats and carbohydrates.

Most people think that sit ups are the way to get rid of belly fat, but sit ups don’t burn enough calories to make a enough of a difference, and since abdominal fat is actually stored energy, the fastest way to get rid of belly fat is with a combination of weight training and aerobic exercise, along with the proper nutrition.

To take the fat off quickly, the exercise program is ambitious, and here is a good example of what it should look like:

Monday - Weight training (45 minutes)

Tuesday - Aerobic exercise - (45 minutes)

Wednesday - Weight training (45 minutes)

Thursday - Aerobic exercise (45 minutes)

Friday - Weight training (45 minutes)

Saturday - Aerobic exercise (45 minutes)

Sunday -  Rest

It also helps if you watch anything that contributes to water retention, such as salt.  Another way to fend off fluid retention is to drink plenty of water (8 glasses a day is optimum).

All of the above combined with your favorite nutritious diet will dramatically change how you look and feel, in the shortest time frame possible.
