Delicious Low-Cal Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 Cups Skim Milk (cold)
- 2 Boxes of sugar free Chocolate or dark chocolate Jello Instant Pudding Mix - the 4 serving size.
- 1 - Eight ounce tub of fat-free Cool Whip.
Directions:
1. Put pudding mixes and milk into large bowl.
2. Beat with electric whip 1 minute or until well blended - the mixture will be thick.
3. Gently stir in the Cool Whip
4. Then refrigerate for 2 hours
There are 8 small servings, and you will land at about 780 calories and 4 grams of fat for all eight.
